bathing and zoo....

Yesterday we started of with a bit of breakfast at our hotel, and the hotel only serves a small english breakfast, I am so tired of toast and marmelade at this moment. Well I could eat Vegemate (do anyone know what that is?) but but..... After the "breakfast" we decided to go down to the beach and take a bath in the large swimming pool called the lagoon, you maybe wonder why we go to the beach and don't throw ourselves in the water there, well it isn't allowed since there are the deadly box jellyfish there and they kill you within minutes.

After had spent a couple of hours at the pool and got really sunburned (or at least red) we went of to an internetcafe to book our next trip to Melbourne, but the F....g Jetstar website didn't work so we went home and waited for the night to come cause we were going to a nightzoo.....

The nightzoo was really cool, We got to play with Koalas, snakes, kangaroos and so on. Koalas really has a soft soft fur and is really cool animals. Well we had a break, drunk some tea togheter with about 30 kangaroos, that really will be some cool pictures (forgot the memory card at the hotelroom so I can't show them here yet). After a short night sleep we went up 7am today and went to the rainforest. We travelled with an old traing for 1,5 hours up the mountains in the rainforest, what a view it was. Then we took the skyline down. The skyline went above the rainforest so you actually went above the trees, a bit scary 150 metres down if the wire breaks.

Now it is evening and we have just had something to eat and then decided to catch up with the world. By the way, we actually managed to book the flightticket today (thanks amex)so on thursday we leave the sunny cairns and goes to melbourne for some shopping and partying.
